Mediae Aetatis Moneta. Coinage of the Medieval Mediterranean

The exhibition will offer a view of the mediaeval coinage that Muslims, Byzantines and, above all, the Western Christian territories put into circulation in the Middle Ages. To provide a setting for coinage as a product of mediaeval culture, documents and other archaeological objects related to the circulation of coinage will also be presented.
